The Callide Valley Native Fish Stocking Association (CVNFSA) is a non-profit organisation formed in 1987. Our purpose is to raise funds to stock Lake Callide with a variety of Australian native fish, including Barramundi, Yellowbelly, Saratoga and Silver Perch. Even before the association was established, Dr Richard Tan and Mr Haymar Midgley were involved in stocking the dam with Saratoga and overseeing the construction of the grow pond — early steps that helped set the foundation for the association’s ongoing work.
Objectives of the Association
